By using the CopyCrib app or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the CopyCrib app. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Services

CopyCrib provides document printing. All services are pickup only — no delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are estimates. The final price is confirmed by CopyCrib staff. Payment is at the counter.

4. File Uploads

Files are stored in Firebase Storage. By uploading, you confirm ownership and lawful content.

5. Loyalty Stamps

₱30 = 1 stamp. 10 stamps = ₱10 credit. Stamps expire after 12 months. Non-transferable, no cash value.

6. Order Management

CopyCrib may cancel or delete any order at any time. Deleted orders are permanently removed. You may not be notified.

7. Account

You may delete your account via Profile. Deletion is permanent.

8. Privacy

We collect name, email, orders, and stamps via Firebase. Data is not sold.

9. Liability

Liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
